Martify is developed and operated by SREEJA SOLUTIONS. Simple Biller is a separate SREEJA SOLUTIONS product. For Martify privacy or account requests, contact shiva@sreejasolutions.in. The store you choose receives the information needed to manage and fulfil your order.
Martify ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Information We Collect

- Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, delivery address.
- Store Waitlists: If you choose to join a store's waitlist, we collect your name and phone number and make them available to that store to manage its waitlist. The signup form asks you to agree to a WhatsApp acknowledgement and updates when the store accepts online orders. This does not create a verified customer account.
- Store Owner Information: Business details, payment details (as entered by the store owner).
- Account and Shopping Information: Google sign-in, where used, provides your verified email address and basic profile information. We store cart items, order records and payment references needed to provide the service. A phone number entered at checkout is contact information, not proof of identity.
- Delivery Location: Where requested for delivery eligibility, we use the location you provide or allow your browser to share.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed through third-party gateways. We do not store card/bank details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
- Process and deliver customer orders
- Communicate order updates and notifications. The guest checkout asks whether you want WhatsApp order updates; these updates are separate from placing the order. Waitlist consent is collected on the waitlist form.
- Manage store owner accounts
- Improve our services and user experience
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
- Provide customer support
3. Sharing of Information
We may share information only with:
- Store owners for fulfilling customer orders
- Payment gateways to process payments
- Delivery partners to complete deliveries
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, SMS/WhatsApp services)
We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Maintain login and shopping sessions
- Keep your cart available while you shop; browser storage also helps restore cart items
You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Disabling them may prevent sign-in, cart recovery or checkout from working.

Some order and payment records may need to be retained for operational or legal requirements. Store owners can update their business details in their account.
